Rental Prices

We have a simple, rolling, monthly rental scheme to enable more people, businesses and organisations to trial our electric bikes for their travel, work and business requirements.

Here is a brief summary of how the scheme works:-

1) You make an upfront payment comprising of the security/damage deposit of £500 (see 'News Tab' dated 13/02/09), the insurance cover of £200 and the 1st months’ rental paid in advance - an amount ranging between £345 to £690 (inc VAT), determined by customer type and/or ancillaries also required.

2) You ride the bike - paying for each subsequent month of hire in advance. 
 
3) You terminate the rental - giving us a minimum of two weeks advance notice via E/mail. Arrangements and dates will then be made for collection or drop off.

Please note, monthly rentals are paid in advance and non refundable, so termination dates requested after the last fully paid month, will incur further rental charges.

4) One week after receipt by us and if no damage to the bike, we will send out a refund of your £500 security/damage deposit. However, if there is damage, then the amount it costs us to fix, repair or replace, will be deducted from the total we give back. The £200 insurance is not refundable.
